Comfort Services, a premier
HVAC company located in Columbia SC has been serving the midlands of South Carolina since 1976.
Todd Wagstaff, President of Comfort Services, was seeking the ability to increase both new customer attraction and customer retention. Their perception of their internet presence was weak and they weren’t receiving very many leads from their website.
All of their traditional media, direct mail, TV and radio, had no consistency, making it very difficult to measure their effectiveness.
Our team conceptualized an entire marketing strategy including a website infrastructure that contained many features and functions that would provide solid, measurable solutions.
The strategy was to create a character that the company could use in different campaigns. These campaigns would then be disbursed through advertising vehicles such as TV, Radio & direct mail.
At the same time, we launched a separate interactive campaign using tactics such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), behavioral marketing and retargeting marketing.
With the onset of a number of different advertising and marketing initiatives, our goal was to make sure that we could measure the effectiveness of each campaign. The only way to do this was then to drive all traffic back to the web infrastructure using landing pages. This enables us to measure the return on each avenue and subsequently make the appropriate changes.
After the 1st year of working with our team, they realized a gross revenue increase of 150%!
This illustrates the power of integrating a strategic plan and subsequently measuring the effectiveness of all of the moving parts.
