Their website was outdated and didn’t convey the progressive, educated passion that the Midland Mortgage staff possesses.
Because the goal was to illustrate the same type of passion that each person carries within the Midland Mortgage family, this challenge was far more than just a cool new website.
Our team conceptualized a website that contains many features and functions that would provide solid, measurable solutions. Having multiple staff members that have worked within the real estate industry, it was second nature to gather research on the potential clientele for Midland Mortgage. The key of this project was to design a website that was emotion evoking to all client types. In this business, people are in need of a diverse range of services. Refinancing a home, purchasing a new home, building a new home, or obtaining a reverse mortgage for seniors are just a few loan products that Midland Mortgage offers.
It was obvious of the need to create a header that instantly connected with people and enabled website visitors the ability to navigate to all of the most common areas of a mortgage company’s website. This header rotates through different images and statements and also offers the click thrus to these popular pages.
Having a business with so many options created a need to have a website deep in pages and content. While the website does contain many pages, it maintains its user-friendly approach by offering the website visitors a simple navigation system that can connect the user with the loan type they most desire.
The website offers users the ability to not only have a better understanding of all mortgage loan options, but an online application source that enables the mortgage customers to apply in the privacy of their own home at the time of day (or night).
