Scott Properties is a property management company in Columbia, SC that serves the greater midlands areas of South Carolina

While working with many property owners, property investors and rental clients, Scott decided that he wanted to grow his business. He understood that by driving more people to the web to both rent properties and to request his property management skills would increase his efficiency.

Scott chose to partner with Splash Omnimedia on this project after visiting another website that we had previously developed.

During our initial strategy meeting, we realized that we would need to integrate a search and find feature for visitors to quickly view all available properties in a specific geographic area. Once the website visitor found the property they were interested in, the visitor could email that page; bookmark that property or even schedule a showing directly from the website.

All prospective tenants and property homeowners have the ability to complete an online information form that enables the Scott Property staff to do their “homework” so that they are better prepared to help perspective clients. Homeowners can view an online video that will help them understand why to choose a property manager and more importantly, why to choose Scott Properties.

Of course, the integration of a property owner login and a tenant login was imperative to both convey information and to make online payments. Scott Properties continues to seek consultation from Splash Omnimedia as they look to move into other major cities within the Carolinas. Watch for a Scott Properties coming to a town near you!
