Matt has been leading organizations through successful growth and change for over 21 years. Throughout his career he has served in senior leadership roles, including CEO, COO, Senior Consultant, and Executive VP for organizations across multiple industries. In addition, Matt has had the pleasure of spearheading multiple start-up ventures that experienced rapid expansion. He is supremely talented in the areas of operational planning and implementation, staff development, recruitment, business development, and marketing.

In 2005, Matt co-founded Capital Marketing Group that would later be re-branded as Splash Omnimedia. He brought his vast experience and knowledge to the table to provide organizations more relevant marketing options that deliver a high ROI. His experience has taught him to analyze an organization’s marketing strategy, sales, and communication processes as an overall business issue. The byproduct of his analysis is highly measurable, performance-driven marketing strategies with clear objectives.

Since 1976, Comfort Services has been assisting the residents of Columbia, South Carolina with their heating and air conditioning needs. With Comfort Services, the customer comes first; they always have. Beginning with a custom web design, Splash Omnimedia has helped Comfort Services translate this philosophy into a consistent brand identity. Splash Omnimedia has successfully created a mascot, logos, vehicle wraps, tv commercials, online videos, and print pieces that include brochures, mail pieces, and anything else their employees or customers need.
